Server Moderation Bot

The Problem

A mid-sized Discord server was losing moderators to manual work: logging every ban/kick/mute in a spreadsheet, DMing warned users, and manually assigning roles after verification.

The Outcome

Deployed a Discord.js bot that auto-logs all moderation actions to a private channel, DMs users on warn/mute/ban with reason and appeal instructions, and assigns a verified role after a reaction-based CAPTCHA. Moderator time on admin tasks dropped by half.
